StyleSathi is a platform that enables customers to discover local shops and products and enables participating shop owners to showcase their business and products on the platform.

StyleSathi primarily offers a discovery and communication platform for customers and local shops.

StyleSathi is not the seller for products listed by individual shops except as otherwise explicitly stated.

You acknowledge and agree that by accessing, browsing, registering an account, setting up a shop, listing products, or otherwise using StyleSathi you are agreeing to comply with these Terms & Conditions and the applicable laws for your jurisdiction.

If you do not accept or agree to these Terms & Conditions please do not use the platform.

Customers are responsible for making their own decisions with regard to products, shops, prices, availability and purchases.

Shop owners that set up accounts on StyleSathi are responsible for providing accurate shop business information and maintaining accurate shop and product listings.

A shop owner must not set up misleading listings, impersonate another business or use the platform for fraudulent activity.

Product information shown on StyleSathi is generally provided by individual shop owners.

Prices, sizes, colors, availability, descriptions, images and other details of products may change.

Customers should confirm important product information with the shop directly prior to making a purchase or visiting the shop.

StyleSathi is not responsible for ensuring every product listing is accurate, complete, available and up to date at all times.

StyleSathi is primarily a local shop discovery and communication platform.

Unless an explicit feature on the platform states otherwise, StyleSathi does not directly process or guarantee transactions between customers and individual shops.

Any purchase, payment, exchange, return, refund, warranty, delivery arrangement or other transaction between a customer and a shop is the responsibility of the parties involved.

Customers should communicate directly with the relevant shop regarding transaction related inquiries.

Users may be able to give ratings, reviews or other feedback about shops or their experience.

Reviews should be genuine, relevant and respectful.

StyleSathi may remove content that is inappropriate or violates applicable laws or the Community Guidelines.

Users may submit information, images, reviews, messages, product listings, shop information and other content through features on the platform.

You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the necessary rights or permission to use it.

You must not upload content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, infringing or otherwise prohibited by the StyleSathi Terms.

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

You must not share your password, OTP or other account credentials with anyone else.

You are responsible for activity on your account that takes place through your account except in instances where unauthorized activity has taken place outside of your reasonable control.

If you believe your account has been compromised please contact StyleSathi support as soon as possible.

We aim to keep StyleSathi available, reliable and consistent, but we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available, uninterrupted, secure or error free at all times.

The platform may sometimes be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical problems, updates, security issues or other reasons beyond our control.

StyleSathi may show information about independent shops and their products.

Individual shops are responsible for their own businesses, products, services, pricing, policies and customer interactions.

StyleSathi does not necessarily endorse or guarantee every shop, product, claim or service shown on the platform.

The StyleSathi name, branding, website design, software, original content, graphics and other materials on the platform may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit StyleSathi's protected materials without appropriate authorization.

Shop owners are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to use images, logos, descriptions and other content that they upload.

Depending on the circumstances, access to some or all of the platform's features may also be restricted or suspended.

Your use of StyleSathi is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how information is collected, used, stored and handled when using the platform.

StyleSathi provides its platform on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure information is accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee that all shop, product, pricing, availability, review and other information will always be accurate, complete and current.

Customers should verify important information directly with the relevant shop.

To the extent permissible by applicable law, StyleSathi is not responsible for disputes, losses, damages, transactions, product quality, product availability, pricing, returns, refunds, warranties, delivery arrangements, or other matters that arise directly between customers and independent shops.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When significant changes are made we may provide appropriate notice through the platform, or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of StyleSathi after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
